2019 Flinders Polo

Guests who attended the 2019 Flinders Polo enjoyed a thrilling day of fast-paced polo and relaxed, country-style hospitality.

Gates opened at 11.30am with the first rounds of the new 20/20 style polo commencing at 12.30pm. Throughout the afternoon guests watched leading polo players compete in a round robin format, three aside polo competition with the eventual winners, Country Road, taking home the Flinders Polo Cup.

Throughout the day guests were able to enjoy the stunning Paul Bangay gardens featuring jazz-inspired acoustic covers by The Mac Project, beautiful food by the talented team at Tommy Collins by The Atlantic Group and beverage packages featuring Levantine Hill Estate, St Andrew Beach Brewery & Champagne Pommery, with polo as the perfect backdrop.

Country Road (4.5) defeated Microflite (4)

Best Playing Pony:
Esprit ridden by Will Gilmore, Team Country Road, in the final chukka of the afternoon.
